What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the name, phone number and email address you give us, and whatever you write in the message. We do not collect anything else through this site, and there are no advertising or tracking cookies on it.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, to arrange a viewing, and to send you the pricing and documentation you ask for. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be added.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is delivered to the Monacoast team member who handles that part of the business. It is sent through ZeptoMail, our email provider, who process it on our behalf and do not use it for anything else. We do not sell your details and we do not share them with other developers, agents or brokers.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while there is an active conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address on our contact page or call the number there.

If this notice changes we will post the new version here.
